1. Our Commitment
At Zynix, we take pride in the quality of our food and service. If you are not satisfied with your order for any valid reason, we are committed to resolving your issue quickly and fairly.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Before preparation begins: Full refund issued immediately
- After preparation has started: Cancellations may not be accepted as food preparation is already underway
- After dispatch for delivery: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched

3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item(s)
- Your order was missing items
- The food arrived in unsatisfactory condition (damaged, spoiled, or cold due to our error)
- Your order was never delivered
- A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You provided an incorrect delivery address
- You were unavailable to receive the delivery
- You simply changed your mind after the order was prepared
- Customization requests not communicated at the time of ordering
- Complaints submitted more than 24 hours after delivery
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your order:
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
6. Refund Processing
- Card payments: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds are issued as store credit or cash at our discretion
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
7. Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of an order is affected (e.g., one missing item out of several), we will issue a partial refund for the affected items only.
